Positive: courteous and professional staff, particularly Lu at the front desk did not know there was complimentary local shuttle service repairs were completed when promised. nice waiting area Negative: The three hours of labor @$175.00/per hour to replace front brake pads is quite expensive. I did not know I paid the repair people during lunch. Like the dealer, it would be a nice touch if the car was washed and vacuumed, as they do at the dealership. Overall, I have confidence in the work that they do, and I would bring my car there again.
